Using SCOS Pro means you accept these terms and any office-specific rules that apply to the services you request. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Use of the Service

You agree to use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate government-service purposes. You must provide accurate information and must not attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

Accounts & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Statutory rights and the obligations of the responsible government office are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
